I gained a wealth of diagnostic, surgical and dental experience during 28 years in traditional veterinary hospitals.  Starting in 2016, I chose to follow my family’s tradition of house call medicine (3 generations of house call doctors in Iowa & Colorado).

I have chosen to limit my practice to be more available to a smaller group of clients so I only add new clients a few times yearly.  This allows me to provide personalized care, blending the warmth and accessibility of my grandfather’s house-call practice with the most modern therapeutics and diagnostics for my veterinary patients.

In my free time, I love hiking, skiing, traveling, and volunteering with the Manhattan Beach Rotary Club’s many local and international projects. I also regularly foster cats and kittens for the SPCALA with the help of my daughter Sabrina.
